Zucchini and sausage skewers: the second dish that is very quick to prepare!

Wrap each meatball with the zucchini slice. Thread 4 skewers onto each wooden skewer.
Dip the skewers in breadcrumbs, place them in a pan covered with parchment paper and add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil to the surface.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
