NEVER DISCARD APPLE PEELS: SOAK THEM IN A JAR FILLED WITH VINEGAR

Start by placing the peelings in the jar until it is more than halfway full. Next, mix warm water with honey and pour this mixture into the jar until all the peelings are covered. Close the jar with a cloth and tighten it with a rubber band.

Now store the jar in a warm place, away from the cold, for about 4 weeks, ideally at a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius. Once a week, monitor the vinegar and remove the white film that forms with a spoon. After this period, your vinegar will be ready to consume.

We recommend transferring it to glass bottles and storing it in the refrigerator. You will thus obtain a delicious apple vinegar, perfect for seasoning all your dishes.
